I am a licensed Massage Therapist in Florida and Maine with over 13 years of experience specializing in therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage. I work with clients dealing with chronic pain, stress, and muscle tension, and I tailor each session to meet their individual needs. My approach focuses on combining effective treatment work with a calming, supportive environment so clients can both heal and unwind. I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and leave each session feeling relaxed, restored, and cared for. I recently moved back to the area to be near family after living in Maine for 10 years, and I look forward to meeting and assisting you with your therapeutic needs.
